The "Course + Certification" and "Premium" tiers ALSO include the actual PML Certification credential (earned by passing the 180-question exam). So you get TWO certificates: one for course completion (hours) and one for professional certification (credential).

With the Course + Certification package, you get THREE attempts (not just one!). If you don't pass after 3 attempts, additional attempts are $99 each. The Premium package includes UNLIMITED attempts, so you can take the exam as many times as needed until you pass.
PML (Professional Management License) is more affordable ($299 vs $1,500+), faster to complete (4-6 weeks vs 6 months), and focuses on modern, agile-first project management. There's no 4,500 hour experience requirement to take the exam. PML is perfect for professionals looking for practical PM skills without the high cost and time commitment of PMP.
Your PML certification is valid for 3 years from the date of passing the exam. Recertification is FREE for Course + Certification and Premium members - just complete 60 PDUs (Professional Development Units) or retake the exam at no cost.
