While we strive for full accessibility, we acknowledge the following limitations:
- Exam interface: Some visual exam questions (diagrams, charts) may be challenging for users with visual impairments. We're working on providing text-based alternatives and detailed descriptions.
- PDF certificates: Downloaded certificates may not be fully accessible to screen readers. We're working on alternative formats.
- Third-party content: Some embedded content from third-party providers (payment forms, authentication dialogs) may have accessibility limitations outside our direct control.
- Older browsers: Full accessibility features may not be available in outdated browsers. We recommend using the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge.
We are actively working to address these limitations. If you encounter specific accessibility barriers, please let us know so we can prioritize improvements.
